Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure envelope.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand the package to your local postal carrier; once received at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
