How do I know which size to buy for my premature baby?
We provide a detailed size chart based on weight and length. Our 'Micro-Preemie' size fits babies up to 3 lbs, 'Preemie' fits 3-6 lbs, and 'Newborn' fits 6-9 lbs. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up to allow for growth and medical equipment.
Are your garments safe for use in the NICU?
Yes, many of our designs feature 'open-flat' constructions with velcro or plastic snap closures that allow for easy access to IV lines, monitors, and sensors without disturbing your baby's sleep or skin.
What materials are used in your clothing?
We use 100% organic cotton and tagless labels to ensure the softest touch against sensitive, underdeveloped skin. All fabrics are breathable and free from harsh chemicals or dyes.
How long does shipping take for urgent orders?
We understand the urgency of NICU stays. We offer expedited 1-2 day shipping options at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for hospital-stay items?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used inside a hospital environment.

Absolutely. You can select our 'Gift Bundle' option at checkout, which includes a personalized note and premium gift packaging delivered directly to the hospital or the parents' home.
